This event will mark the official start of the new season and will showcase the programming and new initiatives for the season.
Members will be welcomed with a complimentary glass of champagne and a selection of canapés. Afterward, members will enjoy a special dinner menu curated by Chef Capel.

Beef tartare bistro parisien.
ENTRÉE
Paupiette of trout with spinach served with champagne sauce, risotto and vegetables with herbs.
DESSERT
Chocolate fondant served with strawberry basil salsa.
