Starter: Andouille sausage and potato soup with cornbread on the side (pork, dairy, gluten)

Pork: Brown sugar and spice-rubbed roasted pork tenderloin over okra, black bean, and corn succotash with green chilies and cherry tomatoes
Seafood: Duo of blackened salmon and shrimp with dirty "rice and peas," mint parsley, tomato, and sour cream (shellfish, dairy)
