Our on-site restaurant is a culinary haven presided over by our Executive Chef, Chef David Capel, who has been an integral part of the UCM family for two decades. Collaborating with his apprentice, Sous-Chef Vincent Bayon, Chef Capel strives to create unforgettable dining experiences where taste and tradition harmonize, pleasing the discerning palates of our esteemed members and their guests.
Our dining room provides an intimate setting for various occasions. Whether it be a business luncheon with close associates or an intimate dinner with friends, family, or fellow members, our restaurant offers a welcoming environment where cherished moments come to life. Chef Capel provides a daily menu that is meticulously updated to ensure the freshest ingredients are always on offer.
Our dining room can seat up to 40 guests. Due to the seating capacity of our dining room and the nature of our products, we ask that you reserve in advance and advise us of any allergies so that we can properly accommodate you and your guests.
