The Club rules set forth are part of the terms and conditions of the membership agreement. They are designed to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of our Members whilst maintaining the highest levels of health and safety for all members, guests, and employees. Failure to abide by these rules may result in the member or guest being asked to leave the Club.
The Club reserves the right to amend any and all rules, regulations and pricing.
Members may enter the Club at any time, and entry to the Club is upon presentation of valid membership to the Front Desk receptionist. Guests who arrive before or after the inviting member are required to provide the member’s name to the receptionist.
For security reasons upon joining members will be required to furnish or have their photograph taken for their membership profile. Note that membership accounts should be up to date, and if not, there is a chance of the member’s access card be deactivated.
It is the member’s responsibility to inform the University Club of any change of contact/address details and any updated bank or card information via their Glue Up account or the “My Glue” phone app or by contacting a staff member.
The Club management and all staff members adhere to the strictest confidentiality standards and pledge to maintain all records and personal information concerning the members and their guests in the strictest confidence.
Except for private events, no photos, videos, or audio recording are permitted at the club without express written authorization.
Distribution of unsolicited marketing materials to Members, or the posting of any notices or advertisements not pre-approved by Club Management is not permitted.
Any property of the Club broken or damaged by a member must be paid for or made good at the expense of the member concerned in short order. Members may not remove any items from the Club premises, including periodicals and books.
Cell phones must be on silent/vibration mode. Phone talking in the club is discouraged but if you must, please be discreet and take your call only in the designated areas of the Club.
Pets are not permitted in the Club, except for service dogs.
Members will be held responsible for the conduct of their guests and unless otherwise specified by the members, their costs shall be added to the Member’s account.
The dress code is business casual, collared shirt and smart jeans are accepted in all areas of the Club unless otherwise directed.
Running shoes, sportswear, damaged jeans, Casual sandals, flip flops, polo, and T-Shirts are prohibited.
We ask that all members use their good judgment to ensure compliance of this dress code by their guests.
Accompanied teenagers are welcome in the Club. Children under the age of 12 are only allowed in private rooms and at special Club events.
