Dedication To Comfort

The Club was based on Mansfield Street in a prestigious heritage building. Due to major investments to be made, the Club decided to sell its building and continue its activities remotely.

This year, we will be writing a new future as we prepare to move into a new club space in the heart of downtown, The Golden Square Mile, in Montreal. Adapting to a new model and membership, we are redefining our branding and its imprint.

It is the member’s responsibility that his/her guest comply with the dress regulations of the Clubhouse and the club’s etiquette.

No member may be allowed more than three guests, and all must be registered before entering. The member must accompany with his or her guests. This rule is subject to modification, but only upon application to the council.

Dress Code

The manner of dress shall be governed by good taste and be in keeping with the character of a private club. Members and guests are expected to wear neat attire appropriate to the various areas of the club.

These rules are established to assist our members in understanding the decorum, respectable conduct and expectations of membership at the University Club. Members are expected to thoroughly familiarize themselves and their guests with these rules. The Club shall have the discretion to relax the dress rules for special events, costume parties or specified functions.
